Ribolla Gialla
It is the distinct freshness, which characterizes this indigenous Friulian wine. Its fragrance takes you to the scents of spring, wild flowers and exotic fruits of mango and papaya. It is an extraordinary accompaniment to raw fish and delicate dishes based on summer vegetables. It is also interesting when matched to fresh cheese and sometimes to some fresh salad.
In the mouth surprises for its lightness, delicacy, fluidity and elegance leaving a dry and crisp palate.
